At Eye Vision Optical Shop, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide high-quality products and excellent service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging (including cases, cloths, and tags).
- A valid proof of purchase or order number must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
- Prescription lenses (custom-made)
- Contact lenses (opened or used)
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
3. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted only for non-prescription eyewear and accessories.
If you’d like a different size or color (if available), please initiate the exchange within 7 days.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- You’ll be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Return Shipping
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
- In case of damage or incorrect item received, we will arrange for free return pickup or issue a return label.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund after verification.
7. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at support@eyevisionopticals.com with the following:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
Our customer support team will guide you through the process.
