Eye Vision Optical is not liable for errors arising from incorrect input of prescription information.

5. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Prices are listed in AED and are inclusive of VAT (if applicable).
Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or any available online payment method.
Eye Vision reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer delivery across the UAE and selected international locations.
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to external factors.
Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.
Eye Vision is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or customs clearance.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for non-prescription items in unused, original condition.
Prescription lenses, contact lenses, or customized products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Return shipping fees are borne by the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrectly delivered.

8. Warranty

Frames and sunglasses may come with a manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover accidental damage, lens scratches, or wear & tear.
